RECOMMENDATION
PEACE IN UKRAINE AND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION WITH CAPITAL IN MOSCOW
In my opinion, it is important for both The Russian Federation, with capital in Moscow, and Ukraine, with capital in Kiev make peace in order to bring to an end the killings of their people and destruction of infrastructures in a timely manner. This is just my opinion.
While things appear good for The Russian Federation with its capital in Moscow, it is a war situation. Therefore, the element of unpredictability should always be taken into consideration. It may be better to make peace and assess advantages than increase risks without peace. This is just my opinion.
For Ukraine, it is clear that financing the war is clearly appearing as more of a challenge. Based on expenditures since the war began, it is feasible to have an insight into how much money is required to sustain the war on an annual basis. Therefore, making peace, in my opinion, is cheaper.
In my opinion, the continuation of the war is not in Ukraine's interest. Even an expanded war, in my opinion, would not be of benefit to Ukraine. That would most likely be superintended by The North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) perhaps leveraging Ukraine military and territory as a launch pad. This offers no real advantages to Ukraine.
Therefore, to give the people of Ukraine an opportunity to live normal and happy lives this decade and beyond, in my opinion, peace is Ukraine's best option.
How can Ukraine accelerate this peace? In my opinion, for Ukraine to help achieve peace, it needs to operate higher than the prevailing situation, which will require transparency and sincerity, irrespective of who is exposed within or outside of Ukraine.
In my opinion, Ukraine needs to make a bold and legal move and expose every single war crime and or crime against humanity committed in the war that is known to Ukraine. This requires determination and courage but can help Ukraine achieve peace. By doing this, it will become clear to the entire Universe the magnitude of illegalities committed in the war which will make it more difficult for either side to continue the war. Those who provide financing on both sides will be more careful if they know war crimes are being committed which may implicate them. Those who support the war in both nations may feel differently if they know that their nations may be involved in war crimes and or crimes against humanity.
This makes it arduous to justify the war and even hardliners would not want to be associated with war crimes and or crimes against humanity. Ukraine needs to make its people understand that exposing war crimes and crimes against humanity will help better protect the general population, which may not be largely responsible for such crimes. Therefore, Ukraine needs to find a way to make these atrocities known and as many that have been committed. For the Russian Federation with capital in Moscow, making known crimes and or crimes against humanity will help free the nation from interests and entities which may seek a more hard-line approach which may not be in the overall interest of the Russian Federation with capital in Moscow and its people.
Ukraine is recommended to effect legal non-partisan observation missions to all territories in Ukraine under its control, exposing all war crimes and or crimes against humanity. This may be Ukraine's single strongest bargaining tool to end the war and still have its nation as its own nation. The United Nations and other credible institutions and organisations can be leveraged legally and if they freely desire such.
In my opinion, Ukraine needs to try to rebuild its economy quickly and see that its allies patronise its goods and services, which is a commercial demand-based relationship as opposed to a donor-based relationship alone, which is not enough for Ukraine.
The Russian Federation, with capital in Moscow, needs to protect its economy and ensure that it does not falter in securing its economy. Therefore, creating more sustainable streams of legal income, especially through engineering, is recommended and should be strongly considered.
It is important to also state that any form of terrorism does not really advantage any nation and nations should legally protect themselves from terrorism.
It is my sincerest intent that there can be a lasting peace in Ukraine with its capital in Kiev and The Russian Federation with its capital in Moscow in a timely manner.
This is recommended to the United States of America with its capital in Washington D. C., North America.
This is recommended to Ukraine with its capital in Kiev on the Continent of Europe.
This is recommended to The Russian Federation with its capital in Moscow on the Continent of Europe.
